Make-up Class Request Process

Make-up classes are subject to available space in the requested class. If the class is at capacity, we will not allow make-ups in that class. You MUST wait for approval to attend the make-up class before attending. DO NOT SHOW UP TO A MAKE-UP CLASS WITHOUT APPROVAL. You will be notified by email if your request is approved. 

 

There are no refunds for missed classes.

Missed classes must be reported and your make-up class request must be in your level or one level lower.

Make-up classes must be used within 4 week of the missed class, not 4 weeks from the day you report it. Exceptions may be made if a doctors note is provided. After 4 weeks, your chance to make-up a class is forfeited and the request is deleted.​

Make-up requests are NOT carried over into Summer from the previous season. All make-up requests will be deleted on June 14, 2025.

Students may not use make-ups from their sibling's missed classes.

 

Make-up requests from dropped classes will not be honored. You must be a current, active student enrolled in CDT classes to request a make-up class. If your student status is inactive, all make-up requests are deleted.

Please fill out the online form at least 72 hours PRIOR to the requested a make-up class. You MUST receive an approval to attend the class. Walk-in, last minute or same day make-up requests are not permitted.
